How To: Pay Your Rent

Getting Started

All you need to pay your rent via RentPayEasy.com is a credit card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, or Diner’s Club – or a bank account, either checking or savings. Note: savings accounts usually have a limit to the number of free withdrawals that can be made. We recommend using a checking account for eCheck payments. To pay your rent, either click the Pay Rent button on your property’s website, or visit our Residents page to find your property.

Once you reach the payment form, just choose your payment method and enter a few pieces of basic information – an email address to send your receipt to, your unit number, and the amount of your rent.

Paying with a Credit Card

If you’ve chosen to pay with a card, enter the number, expiration date, and CVV (a three-digit security code, usually found on the back of the card). RentPayEasy.com never receives your card information, as it will be sent straight from your device to our secure payment partner. After you correctly enter your information, just check “I agree with the terms” (we strongly recommend that you read the Terms in full before doing so, as they are a legally binding document), make note of your total, which includes a small (about 3%) fee, and click Pay Now. Your receipt will be emailed to you!

Paying with eCheck

Paying by eCheck takes a little longer the first time (and only the first time). For security, we ask that you verify your bank account before using it to pay by eCheck; to do so, sign up for a RentPayEasy.com account, and follow the instructions on your Dashboard. Then, you can return to the form and pay at any time.
